The Honorable Court, while hearing the case registered at Sector 20, found Ravi Kumar guilty. The court sentenced him to six months rigorous imprisonment and a fine of ₹10,000. It also clarified that if the accused fails to pay the fine within the stipulated time, an additional ten days of imprisonment will be imposed.

According to information, this case was registered under case number मु0अ0सं0 52/2026 under Section 8/20 of the NDPS Act at Sector 20, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The accused Ravi Kumar, son of Brijesh Kumar, originally hails from village Samadhan, Gurusariganj Police Station, Kanpur district. He was currently residing in a rented house in Indra Market, Sector 27, Noida, under the jurisdiction of Sector 20.

The police arrested the accused in possession of illegal narcotics and filed a charge sheet in court.
