The following key demands have been made for the sanctity of Parasnath Hill, the environment, and the safety of devotees.

1. Registration system at the entrance gate: Ensure proper registration of every pilgrim entering Parvatraj so that security and administrative arrangements can be improved.
2. Check post for luggage inspection: Set up a luggage inspection check post at the entrance gate equipped with scanners, barriers and necessary security equipment.
3. Installation of CCTV cameras: Install an adequate number of CCTV cameras on the approach routes and important locations of Parvatraj and ensure an effective monitoring system.
4. Keep the Vandanā path free from encroachment: Remove illegal encroachments on the Vandanā path and arrange smooth and safe movement for devotees.
5. Control of bikes and other vehicles: Considering the religious and natural sanctity of Parvatraj, impose effective restrictions on bike operation and unnecessary vehicle traffic on the Vandanā path.
6. Complete prohibition of intoxicants: Strictly prohibit the consumption of any narcotic substances in the Parvatraj area and take action against violators as per the rules.
**Ban on plastic materials: for environmental protection** 7. Effective control over the use of plastic and other prohibited materials in the Parvatraj area.
**Ban on making reels/videos on film songs: to preserve the religious dignity of Tirthraj** 8. Prohibit the creation of indecent or non‑religious videos and reels on film songs.
9. Cleanliness and environmental protection: Ensure regular cleanliness, waste management and effective environmental protection measures in the Parvatraj area.
10. Information boards on religious decorum: Install clear information boards at the entrance gate and Vandanā path providing details about the religious significance of the pilgrimage, environmental protection and code of conduct.
11. Security arrangements for devotees: Ensure the presence of security personnel and emergency assistance at necessary points on the Vandanā path.
12. Coordination between administration and the Jain community: Establish regular dialogue and coordination between the administration and representatives of the Jain community on matters related to the management and preservation of Tirthraj.
The World Jain Organization clarified that the purpose of these demands is not to oppose any individual, institution, local community or political party, but to ensure the religious sanctity of Shri Sammed Shikhar Ji, the natural environment and the safety of devotees.
